Lots of Links

I put a link to the web site used in the TVC Digital Photography class. Stephen Cysewski has gathers lots of web resources. If you have nothing to do after this class on Saturdays you may want to take his class. It meet the same 9 - 3 as this class for 7 weeks. Part of each class is a field trip to take pictures. I took it last fall and have fun. I am going to take it again this spring because with different weather and seasons it should have more to offer.

Inopportune phone call

sorry about the rude interruption. That was my son who phoned, and he wanted to talk, so I thought I'd take advantage of the moment.

Happy Day!

I finally got on!  I hope I can keep up with you guys!

Inauguration time?

Do any of you know when the inauguration ceremony will start AK time?
I am anxious to hear the inaugural poem?
It sure is great all the little things I'm learning from everyone!

Eureka! I found it!

after much flailing about!

Having fun learning how to blog

Hey Guys!  We are blogging! Our kids would be proud of us!  I'm fun with all this stuff.

Glad I found you all!

Good morning everyone! Despite my late arrival, I am glad to be with you and ready to learn tons of skills for blogging and wikiing.

P.S. Thank you, Katie, for catching me up on all the things I missed. : )

Second Saturday Class

Good morning--I made it here! kmom

Robert Jones

I am practicing the use of tools in the editing or composing page of this blog. I am trying to relearn how to use this stuff and make it user friendly. I am wondering how to get students to be comfortable enough with this program to use it. I am also wondering how to get enough time in on a computer for each student to master this blog and wiki. Will this be informational and just a supplement to my class or a main component? Listening to students here in class as we work, with frustrations, I am not sure that I can give up enough time or get to use the computer lab enough to make this usable in art classes. Another question is: will this be obsolete in a year or two with something new or will this be around for a while?
